Ordering & Payment

For our local deliveries*, you can place an order up until 3pm the day before delivery. I.e. if you order before 3pm on Tuesday, we will deliver to you on on Wednesday.

For UK deliveries outside of our ‘local*’ postcodes, our order turnaround is 2 days, to enable us time to schedule the courier. During check out you will be advised of the available delivery dates.

*Local delivery covers these specific ‘BH’ postcodes: BH20, BH19, BH18, BH17, BH16, BH15, BH14, BH13, BH12

In most cases you will be able to change your order, unless we have dispatched the goods. Please call us on 01929 552478 and talk to a member of staff. Order changes are not possible online.

If we are in the unfortunate position where we cannot provide you with what you have ordered, we will provide you with an alternative of equal or greater value.

We aim to inform you of this in advance, although this may not always be possible.

For online orders, we accept all major Credit & Debit Cards (incl. Amex). We are not accepting PayPal payments at this time.

We are unable to accept other payment methods for online orders.

Click & Collect

Click and Collect orders received before 3pm can be collected the following day. If you place an order and would like to collect same day, please call us, as this is almost always possible.

DELIVERY

We ship across the entire UK mainland (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

Our ‘local delivery’ zone covers the following Post Codes: BH20, BH19, BH18, BH17, BH16, BH15, BH14, BH13, BH12.

Your order will be delivered on the nominated Delivery Date selected at checkout. Local* deliveries will be delivered between 8am-3pm Tuesday to Saturday. UK deliveries will be delivered between 8am-6pm Wednesday to Friday. Tracking numbers will be provided.

We are unable to provide precise delivery timeslots. Please include any special delivery notes with your order.

We deliver on Tuesday*, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. Tuesday deliveries apply only to local* deliveries.

Where possible we try to use recyclable packaging for your products. We ship our orders in a box or bag with each item/s packed individually. We use eco-friendly packaging from Puffin Packaging.

We care for the environment, so where possible we will use packaging that can be recycled. Where we cannot, we try to limit usage.

If you are not in when we attempt to deliver, we will leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can mention any specific instruction at checkout.

We will package your order in a cool box which will keep your products at fridge temperature for between 24-36hrs.

Delivery is £7.59 for a 24 Hour Service using RoyalMail.

Free Delivery may be available if spending over a certain amount of money or if any offers are running.

Please note that we do not make any money from postage and the wrapping costs are at our own expense i.e. boxes and liners.

Other FAQs

For every £1 spent you will receive 1 point. 1 point has a monetary value of 0.02p. Which means you earn money every time you shop with us. 50 points can be used to claim a £1 discount on your order. This can be used in conjunction with other offers. When you spend £500 a £10 coupon will automatically be generated for you to use the next time you check out.
